To ensure accurate testing, a recommended minimum center distance of 1.27 (0.050") is advised. This spacing allows for proper alignment between adjacent probes, preventing any interference during the testing process. The full travel distance of the probe is 2.54 (0.1"), ensuring sufficient contact with the PCB's contact points for reliable measurements.
In terms of electrical specifications, the Bare Board Test Probe has a current rating of 1.5A, indicating its ability to handle electrical currents of up to 1.5A without compromising performance. The contact resistance is specified at 70mΩ, ensuring minimal resistance for efficient signal transmission.
